All inclusive Pricing
We’ve thought of everything when it comes to our floor plans. You’ll find a choice that fits your needs, and you’ll be pleased at how spacious our homes are. All come with a kitchenette with granite counter tops, stainless steel refrigerator, plenty of cupboard space and walk in closets, and convenient parking. Our floor plans feel like a home.
All-inclusive pricing means that your finances are simplified. We think you’ll appreciate our approach at New Hope White Lake when you compare us to other assisted living facilities. Many of them use à la carte pricing, and each special service quickly adds up to an unexpected small fortune! At New Hope one check a month and everything is paid for. That is stress free living.
Because our pricing is transparent, you’ll know where you stand and can budget appropriately. All-inclusive means that all personal services are included in the cost of the floor plan you select: housekeeping and laundry services, transportation, and medication management as well as ALL utilities which includes phone, cable and internet service.
Most importantly our All Inclusive includes their care services as well. We have something for everyone. Assisted living light for the more physically independent resident. Assisted Living for those who need our assistance at different moments throughout the day. Memory care for those who would benefit from moment to moment guidance and attention.
Nutritional Food
At New Hope White Lake, food tastes more like an amenity than a necessity! Families won’t need to worry whether their loved one is eating properly. Meals and snacks are nutritious, and our meals offer something to suit everyone’s taste. We can ensure that loved ones are following special diets as well.

Among the special amenities you probably won’t find elsewhere is our Cinema. Our residents can enjoy “going to the movies” with all the comforts of home—but with a bigger screen and the comfiest theater seating! Movies are more fun with a group of friends.
We are dedicated to helping our residents stay fit, so we have room to offer exercise classes on our campus. And when the weather is nice, we have outdoor spaces and courtyards for taking a walk, sitting and enjoying the sunshine, visiting with family or friends, and even community events.
Besides helping our residents to feel their best, we also want our residents to look their best. We offer a hair salon onsite, so no one will ever have a bad hair day!
